1. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading, installing or using WorkoutLive, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of the Service

WorkoutLive is a personal training, activity, nutrition and routine-management app for Apple devices. Features may include workout creation, activity tracking, nutrition records, progress analytics, reminders, widgets, Apple Watch support, HealthKit integration, data import/export and professional-plan tools.

Feature availability can vary by device, operating system, region, permission, subscription and third-party service compatibility.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your device, Apple account and data secure. If you are under the age required by applicable law, use the app only with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian.

4. WorkoutLive Pro and Purchases

Some features are offered through WorkoutLive Pro. Prices, trial periods, renewal terms and cancellation options are presented by Apple in the App Store before purchase.

• Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple, not by WorkoutLive.
• You may manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple ID subscriptions.
• After a paid period ends, the app may return to the free tier while preserving compatible local data.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Permissions and Device Services

Optional features can request access to HealthKit, notifications, location, Bluetooth, camera, photos, Calendar, Apple Music or other Apple services. You choose whether to grant each permission. Denying or revoking a permission may limit the related feature but does not prevent unrelated features from working.

6. Your Content

You are responsible for workout plans, nutrition records, photos, notes and other information you add to the app. By using WorkoutLive, you state that:

• Your information is accurate and belongs to you or is used with permission.
• You have the right to use any image you upload.
• You will not add unlawful, offensive or third-party-rights-infringing content.

7. Health Notice

Readiness-score and progressive-overload suggestions are informational. The developer is not responsible for injuries, health damage or other consequences arising from your use of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law:

• The app is provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
• The developer does not guarantee the accuracy of information from device sensors, HealthKit, GPS or accelerometers.
• The developer is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, iOS updates or deletion of the app.
• Total developer liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

WorkoutLive, including source code, design, interface, text and logo, is the exclusive property of Marcos André and is protected by Brazilian copyright and software law. Personal information you add to the app remains yours.

10. Termination

The developer may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

• Your license ends automatically when the app is uninstalled.
• Local app content is removed from the device when you uninstall it.
• iCloud data remains in your Apple account under your responsibility.
• Active subscriptions remain available through the end of the paid period under Apple's policies.

11. Applicable Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Defense Code, the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet, the LGPD and Brazilian software law. Disputes are subject to the venue of the user's domicile, as permitted by applicable consumer law.
